Regulatory Authority & Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith discussions.
If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The arbitration will be conducted in English, with Dubai, United Arab Emirates as the official seat of arbitration. Proceedings may, however, be conducted virtually, including hearings via video conference, unless both Parties agree otherwise in writing.
Each Party will be responsible for its own legal costs. The arbitrator shall have the discretion to allocate arbitration costs in the final award.
Liability for Content
